Total time to this point:   213 hours 22 minutes.

A Kiev Prop is the propeller of choice for our demonstrator.  Here you can see the prop hub from the front,     and

the rear,    and with the spinner attached.    Total time to install the propeller, set the pitch, torque
the bolts and install the cotter pins was 2 hours and 10 minutes.  Note: to do all that a second time when the pitch was being
changed took 45 minutes.
There is definitely a learning curve here.  The cowling then got fitted and it's installation completed

which took 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The instrument panel and overhead switches were finalized, installed and labeled.  Because the Savannah has such a large windshield, an
Avmap EKP-IV GPS was installed on the overhead windshield cross-bar without worrying about obstructing the view.  This is a fantastic GPS
with a huge sunlight readable screen and a very fast refresh rate.  Switches and breakers were added to the standard overhead panel to
accommodate the GPS, radio, intercom and trim indicator which were added accessories.  All these accessories are available through our

catalogue.  Here's a shot from below of the GPS and switch panel.    And here's a close-up.    The

switch to the left of the GPS runs the landing light, which again is standard equipment.    That's the pitot tube
beside it.  4 hours and 25 minutes was spent running wires, placing switches and breakers, and making labels.  Time to wire the
accessories which are not original equipment is not included.

Finally, some views of our completed Savannah sitting on the airport ramp ready for taxi tests.  Hopefully the body decals will be ready
next week and it will then be truly complete. These pictures are oversize to give you better detail but will load slowly.

Now here's our Savannah demonstrator fully completed.

Total time to complete our Savannah demonstrator:   223 hours 42 minutes.
